What is it for? -
The small nail stamper is used to pick up the small designs from your stamping plates.

Other information -
This stamper needed priming before I could use it correctly. It required buffing with a magic eraser as my usual methods of using acetone/rubbing alcohol did not work well.
The design of these stampers is not the best, I find that the heads can easily be pushed back into the holder when using. I added a small bit of plastic tubing to one end of mine and this solved that problem for me.
These stamper heads are delicate, please be gentle. Try not to remove them from the holder if possible.
Please only clean with tape or a lint roller.
