NAIL POLISH

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges can be accepted. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please reach out! We will work with you to make it right.

As a small handmade business, we take pride in creating unique, high quality nail polish with care and attention to detail. We do our best to reduce waste and as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Here’s some of the reasons why:

🌿 Reducing Waste: Every return contributes to unnecessary waste, whether through discarded products or excess packaging. Returned items cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons, this means they just end up as landfill and this is the main reason we do not offer returns.

🚚 Reducing Our Carbon Footprint: Return shipping increases carbon emissions, contributing to pollution. By eliminating returns, we help reduce unnecessary transportation and the environmental impact it may have.

💚 Encouraging Thoughtful Purchases: We encourage thoughtful shopping to help reduce overconsumption. By providing detailed product descriptions, a huge array of high quality images and exceptional customer support, we ensure you have all the information you need before making a purchase. We don't use FOMO as a marketing strategy, so you have time to really consider your purchases.

We offer refunds or replacements for items that are not as described or damaged.

JEWELLERY

Our jewellery can be returned for a store credit provided it meets the following criteria.

  • Your jewellery is returned within 20 days of delivery to you.
  • Your jewellery must be unused and in the same condition you received it in.

Exceptions

  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, regardless of if they have been worn or not.

If your return is authorised, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
You will need to send your items via a tracked postal method and in secure packaging.

 

Faulty/damaged items
