This is a water based topcoat ( smudge free top coat ) designed to be used with nail art / nail stamping / nail foils etc.
Quick dry top coats can often have an undesired effect on special finishes but this top coat is perfect for all your nail art.
This is not a quick dry product.
For nail stamping – if you find that your regular top coat smudges your stamping, this product is for you.
For nail art and foil – if you find that your regular top coat smudges your nail art or degrades your nail foils, this product is for you.
This top coat has a very thin and unusual looking appearance but it does dry clear.
It is not quick dry so make sure you are not using too much product as it may take longer to dry.
Your regular topcoat can be added after this is fully dry if you wish.
