Awesome glow

I wasn't sure how this would look on me since I normally don't go for lighter sheer colors but omg the glow on this is beautiful! I love it! I used 3 coats for more opacity and added a topper (Cosmic Love) on the ring finger for funsies.

Surprising

I expected a baby blue with a strong mostly cobalt shimmer.What I got was a sheer blue that can be work in a way that almost looks nude and an ELECTRIC shimmer! I love it. It can be worn in one or two light coats for the latter effect but with one more coat you get that baby blue and yes the shimmer is still strong and looks periwinkle on some angles but it's not quite as impressive that way. The shift is very subtle but it's still lovely.
The picture is three coats, the video two light coats. (Please excuse my tired voice - I was half asleep when I sent the video to a friend -who now wants this polish!)
