This has a light purple / blue / peach tint in the bottle ( this changes from batch to batch ) but dries clear on the nail.
This refill bottle comes with a cap for storing and a witches cap for pouring. It contains 40ml of base coat which is enough to refill your base coat bottle a little over 3 times.
