BASE – A deep blue base.
GLITTER – Blue and silver reflective micro glitters.
OPAQUE – in 2 to 3 coats depending on your application.
This will dry to a textured finish if top coat is not applied due to the amount of glitter. It will also most likely require 2 coats of top coat for a smooth finish.
Reflective glitter is unique to other glitters in the way it refracts light.
In low lighting / regular situations it looks like a standard micro glitter but under bright lighting / flash it reflects and twinkles brightly.
