We are changing brushes!
Eventually all of our polishes will come with a fan brush as pictured.
But it’s going to take a little while for all “old” stock to be depleted, so in the meantime you can buy them here.
Don’t worry, if you want the original brush still, you will be able to purchase them also.
A seperate listing will be up when they are available.
These are available in lots of 10, 20 and 50.
These brushes are lacquered brushes, this means they have been coated in a substance that helps keep them safe during transit. This coating may appear to be white or wax like but it is completely normal and it will dissolve within a few hours of being placed in nail polish. If you don’t wish to wait this long, you can shorten this timeframe by gently rubbing the bristles between your fingers.
As these brushes need a solvent to dissolve this coating, they are not recommended for water based products.
HOW TO REPLACE YOUR BRUSH
1 – Open your nail polish bottle, wiping the excess polish off the brush.
2 – Wipe brush clean with paper towel, and then using the paper towel, firmly grasp the brush in one hand and the cap in the other. Pull them apart until the brush is released.
3 – Insert the new brush in the nail polish bottle, place cap on brush and bottle, close as normal.
Other things to note about the brush change.
It will take some time for all stock to have the new brush as we have a lot of stock on hand with the original brush.
Any colour that has the new brush will be labelled as shown.
I will update the listings to reflect the change where applicable.
At this stage there is a limit of 50 brushes per customer for a 1 month period.
I will be able to lift this cap eventually but for now I have limited stock.
I reserve the right to change the limit on the amount of brushes ordered at any given time. I am not a supplier of brushes for the general public and I am not stocking these so they can purchased by other brands. These are for Emily de Molly customers only at this stage.
