Subtle but make it fancy!!

With the sheer browny base it's "neutral" like, but then you throw in that gorgeous GLOW.
So so shifty blurple. Very ethereal and dreamy.
Did seem to take little time to set, but absolutely worth it.

100% my fav shade ever! It’s absolutely the most amazing color on its’ own and combined with others as a topper. Buildable and can be used with other color anytime!
