***** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THERMAL NAIL POLISH *****

Thermal nail polish, also known as heat reactive nail polish or colour changing nail polish, is a type of polish that changes colour in response to temperature fluctuations. This type of polish is popular for its fun and dynamic appearance, as it allows your nails to shift between two or more colours as the temperature changes.

All thermal polishes will eventually stop transitioning ( changing colours ). The average shelf life seems to be 6 – 18 months but the majority of my thermals still transition well after 4 years, so mine do tend to last longer than some other brands.
But don’t worry, thermals are still perfectly fine to use even when they no longer transition!

To help prolong the life of your thermal nail polish, be sure to store it in a cool, dark place.
Exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures can lead to changes that may be undesirable.

a pretty shade but

it doesn't have a strong transition. Even after placing it under hot/cold, it doesn't go to the coppery shade, but the shimmer does grow a little stronger in the warm state.

For context, I ordered this at the same time as "Just Like This" (June 2024), so I'm not sure if my bottle is off, or if the color shift is meant to be so subtle.

It's a little disappointing because the other thermals from EDM I've used have a very defined transition -the example is right after washing my hands with cold water, so my first 3 fingers are thermals from EDM.

Worn on 2nd finger, pictured with "The Greater Good" (3rd & 5th fingers) and "Just Like This" (thumb &ring finger)

It's such a gorgeous color!!! I am so pleased with it. It goes on really easy. You almost don't even need a 2nd coat, which means the 2nd coat just makes it even more beautiful. Also, for a nailpolish with glitter in it, I had the easiest time removing it! I will definitely be purchasing more products from this shop!

This color and brand is why I became enamored with indie nail polish quite a while ago. I cannot say enough good about this color and brand!
