Covert Base Coat is a neutral, semi opaque, coloured blurring base coat.
Its main purpose is to help conceal any visible nail line ( VNL ) you may have when wearing sheer nail colours.
This base coat is a ridge filling base, it helps fill in the ridges resulting in a more uniform finish of your nail colour. But this also means it can be a little streaky on the first coat, as it settles into the natural ridges of your nails. This streakiness is unlikely to be noticeable when you put your intended colour over it.
This new formula includes Argan Oil, Vitamin E and White Tea Extract to help keep your nails healthy.
